NEAR AND FAR – The Photography of Daniel Yoffee
A few years ago I was encouraged to visit Marquette, Michigan to experience the view of wonderful mountains, parks and Lake Michigan. An area located on the Upper Peninsula that is very rich in history. I was fortunate to experience the city’s heritage, landscapes and sunsets, which inspired me to create this series of photographs.
After the death of my twin brother twenty years ago I decided that I would visit all fifty states for both of us. I am over half way there. When I am not traveling I often spend a lot of time in New York City. In this exhibit I have included some of my favorite shots.
